The reverse floor plan, open-concept layout and floor-to-ceiling windows take full advantage of both the ocean and lake vistas from the top level. The living area flows seamlessly onto an broad sun deck overlooking the impressive pool area. Sure to be the hub of the home during your stay, this roomy backyard getaway offers something for everybody. The kids can splash in the pool while you brush up on your golf skills using the private putting green. At dinnertime, fire up the grille and serve drinks at the tiki bar. Next to the hot tub, a covered patio area is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating for hours of poolside conversation. The fun continues back inside, with a cavernous rec room on the ground level complete with pool table and wet bar. Centrally located in Corolla, "And Breathe" is less than a mile away from conveniences such as grocery stores, specialty food markets, gas stations and a coffee shop, plus beach gear stores and units. Nearby dining and takeout services include Sun Fish Grille, Sundogs and Sooey's BBQ. For the ultimate retail therapy session, Timbuck II Shopping Village is located just a mile north, where you'll find favorites such as The Cotton Gin, The Cottage Shop and Gray's. The village also features some of Corolla's most fashionable eateries including Mike Dianna's Grille Room and La Dolce Vita. After dinner, head over to Big Buck's for ice cream, followed by a round of mini golf and go carts.
