We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM
Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form. .

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE

Getting the best rental value:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. To get the largest rental for your budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Currituck restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
