We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM
Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form. .

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-event service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
