2024 Upgrades included new beds in every bedroom, pair of bathrooms completely remodeled, new landscaping, a new roof and freshly painted interior throughout. Major neighborhood updates with freshly paved roads, brand new tennis/ pickleball court and basketball hoop plus rebuilt beach access crossover boardwalk (3 access points). In 2023 a brand new kitchen was installed and countless other indoor and outdoor renovations.
