2024 Upgrades included new beds in every bedroom, pair of bathrooms completely refreshed, new landscaping, a new roof and newly painted interior throughout. Major neighborhood updates with newly paved roads, brand new tennis/ pickleball court and basketball hoop plus rebuilt beach access crossover boardwalk (3 access points). In 2023 a brand new kitchen was installed and countless other indoor and outdoor renovations.

Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD and deck access with stairs to back yard and hammock swing chairs, that shares a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD.
