The amazing completely outfitted kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a full size side by side refrigerator /freezer, on the door ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, DOUBLE Oven (upgrade), Keurig and drip coffee makers, and an abundance of Shaker Style storage cabinets. You will appreciate the 9 Foot Kitchen Island (with seating for 6) covered in a alluring Corian surface ideal for eating, working, Zooming or playing games with your Family and Friends.
The Family Room features a Queen Sleeper SECTIONAL, a 65 inch Intelligent TV (Upgrade), (cable and internet) along with books, games, puzzles and more! “Off The Hook" also features a separate game/dining/work table for kids, adults or any individual with differing needs.
Just beyond the Family Room, you will savor a nice sized laundry room with a full size washer/dryer, vacuum, broom and dust pan, mop/bucket, ironing board and iron and full length mirror.
Across the Hall from the Laundry is a full size bath (bathtub/shower) connected through a pocket door to a handsomely decorated King Bedroom.
The second bedroom features a gorgeous private King Suite with en suite roll in shower and grab bars all around (upgrade). This room features additional wide doors (36 in) into the bedroom and bathroom. (ADA Friendly) in case they are needed! A Pack and Play, crib sheet and high chair are kept in the bedroom closet.
Each bedroom features Luxury Cozy Mattresses, Stylish Decor and Intelligent TVs.
Just outside you will enjoy a Ground Level Front Porch with plenty of seating where you can experience tranquility and peaceful between trips to the beach, pool, shopping, eating out and sightseeing. Spend your evening gazing at the Lighthouse from your front porch! In addition, this Cottage comes with an outside shower and gas grille for cooking!
The property also features a 30 x 50 Salt Water Community Pool (daily 9 am to Dusk, in season, May to October) The pool is surrounded by covered cabanas you can rent - each has its own TV, refrigerator and misting fan. There is an ADA friendly lift chair, bathrooms, tables with chairs to have lunch or dinner and loungers galore! The Gym is now open! 7am to 9 pm daily!
Fire pits with seating surrounding the pool are available all year.
