Beach Place is an end-unit for more privacy, with access to your own covered deck space where you can hear the ocean and taste the salt air. The oceanside location means a short, safe walk to the beach using the wooden walkway located directly across the street. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas feature new LVT floor throughout that is both classy and kid-proof. With an amazing location between Duck and Corolla, the Oceanside Villas condos in Ocean Sands are a short drive from all the entertainment and amenities of both towns, including shopping, eateries, movie theaters, and golf. The new Corolla bicycle path connects all of Ocean Sands north to Whalehead.
