With two bedrooms and two full baths, it's the ideal choice for modest families or a couples hideaway. Updates include new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a modernized hall bath, new TV's, and LVP floor installed throughout. The open-concept living area opens up onto a private covered deck space where you can relax in the shade and listen to the ocean. Your walk to the beach will be fast and painless using the wooden walkway located directly across the street. The Hawk's Nest is pet-friendly so your furry best friend can accompany you. With an charming location between Duck and Corolla, the Oceanside Villas condos in Ocean Sands are a short drive from all the entertainment and amenities of both towns, including shopping, eateries, movie theaters, and golf. Joggers and bikers will appreciate Corolla's multi-use path that connects all of Ocean Sands north to Whalehead.
