What this means for you as a renter - a near private beach! Being equal distance from either public beach access assures that you will have plenty of space in front of your home to relax and savor the beach. The Whalehead beach in Corolla is known for its broad beaches with a gentle slope into the water. This home features the best of the beach with the private beach access, great dune top deck, tons of ocean side decking and comfortable seating at the home. Don't wait to book this home - weeks will go fast! Beyond its ideal location, the home is very enormous with plenty of room for your family to have a marvelous vacation! Each level features a sitting area or Den w/ flat screen TV, the ground floor also has a HUGE rec. room!

Top Level: Expansive oceanside decks, plenty of seating, gas grille. Covered sunset deck. Substantial kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen bar w/ (4) bar stools. Oceanfront dining area (10), Oceanfront living room w/ new 60" flat screen TV/DVD/Blue Ray player, breakfast nook (4), Oceanfront Queen Master w/ flat screen TV, Deck access, Queen Master Bedroom w/ flat screen TV.

Mid-Level: The mid-level also features an oceanfront deck that expands the width of the home with a hot tub (seats 6). Oceanfront Den w/ TV, King room w/ TV, deck access and great vistas, 2 full hall baths, Bunk Room (2 Bunk Sets), Oceanfront Queen Master Bedroom w/ deck access and vistas, Queen master bedroom. Laundry.

Ground Level: Den w/ TV, sizable rec. room w/ table, pool table, foosball, TV, full size refrigerator, room with 2 twin beds shares full bath with hall.

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.
