BookSmart Properties presents: Catch a Breeze! Just across from the beach access path, this home makes sand and surf a short 4 min walk away. The top level features a modern kitchen, huge living room, ship's watch, and a king ensuite bedroom. The mid level is where your family will find comfort for the evening, with 4 additional bedrooms (2 kings, 1 bunk w/ 4, & 1 queen) to rest up. Downstairs has a family room w/ kitchenette & TV, a king ensuite room, and access to the private pool and spa.

The Space:
BookSmart Properties presents: Catch a Breeze! Located just across the street from the walking path to the beach (4 mins.) this home is close to the beach, gorgeously refreshed, and has spectacular on site amenities. On the top level, you will find a gorgeous kitchen that is entirely outfitted with everything the chef of your family needs to whip up delicious meals. A dining table that seats 10 and 4 additional island barstools provide plenty of room for everybody to dine together. Or appreciate your meals al fresco on the porch at the picnic table and deck seating. A additional loft room includes a computer desk and table for 4. Relaxing into a good book or movie is simple in the comfortable living room. A primary king bedroom with an ensuite full bath rounds out this level.

On the mid level you will find 4 bedrooms immaculately decorated to set the coastal ambience for your stay. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths. The bunk room and separate queen bedroom share a hall bath, ideal for a family with young ones! All 4 rooms have deck access so you can wake up to the sunrise or savor fresh air right from your room!

In the downstairs family room you will find a kitchenette for painless storage of additional snacks and drinks, a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer, as well as a TV and plenty of seating.
