Sister home SPIN-2 is located right next door, the two make it ideal for enormous family gatherings!

The great room has a marvelous wall of windows accepting natural light throughout this roomy living area with TV/DVD. The full kitchen offers a breakfast counter seating up to 5, and two dining areas with circular dining tables. Screened porch off dining area accepting for additional outdoor dining space. A spiral staircase leads to a loft area above the great room with a daybed and trundle. This home is kid friendly! Feel what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer!
