This pretty home features 3 Master Bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom), splendid gunite private pool, hot tub, elevator, Soundfront pier (shared with one neighbor) and ample space to spread out and appreciate the impressive sunsets! All types of fish have been caught off the dock including Red Drum, Largemouth Bass, White Perch, Yellow Perch, Sea Trout, Striper, Catfish and Chain Pickerel. you can also catch the much sought after Blue Crabs, Tasty!

The owner of this home pays the Pet Fee on behalf of the guest so family pets stay COMPLIMENTARY at Loggerhead Lagoon! There will be no additional Pet Fee if you bring your furry friend. Loggerhead Lagoon is one of very few homes to offer this extraordinary benefit.

Top Level: Great room with enormous flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. Kitchen with all new stainless appliances including induction stove top for the discerning chef, two dishwashers and breakfast bar seating 4. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
