We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM
Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE

  • In the Currituck area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Summer time is high season in Corolla. To get the largest rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Currituck restaurants and activities.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
