Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fenced in yard with salt water private pool and sizable patio, outside shower and loo, picnic table, grassy back yard and a charcoal grille. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV/VCR/DVD, King Master Bedroom with TV, King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/VCR. All rooms have deck access.

Top Level: Great room with 40" LCD TV/VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, surround sound and gas fireplace, half bath, well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar seating 2, dining area seating 8, sun room with TV and deck access, and a King Master Bedroom with TV, 3-sided gas fireplace, whirlpool tub and deck access. Decks are plentiful with an additional roof line sundeck.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Getting the most from your budget:

  • In the Currituck area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • To find the best rental within your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Currituck attractions and restaurants.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.

  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a excellent time? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
