Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fenced in yard with salt water private pool and sizable patio, outside shower and loo, picnic table, grassy back yard and a charcoal grille. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV/VCR/DVD, King Master Bedroom with TV, King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/VCR. All rooms have deck access.

Top Level: Great room with 40" LCD TV/VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, surround sound and gas fireplace, half bath, well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar seating 2, dining area seating 8, sun room with TV and deck access, and a King Master Bedroom with TV, 3-sided gas fireplace, whirlpool tub and deck access. Decks are plentiful with an additional roof line sundeck.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

How to get the best rental value:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
