The Space:
Welcome to our handsome property in Corolla, NC! This vacation home offers a plethora of amenities across its three levels, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your guests.

First Level:
Step into the ultimate entertainment space on the first level. The wet bar area is equipped with three barstools, ideal for sipping your favorite drinks while appreciating the company of friends and family. Two mini fridges ensures plenty of space to keep all your drinks cold.

Adjacent to the wet bar, you'll find a cozy TV entertainment area, complete with a sizable screen and comfortable seating. Appreciate movie nights, binge-watch your favorite shows, or simply relax after a day of beach activities. Also located on the first level is a full bed room, ideal for accommodating additional guests.

Second Level:
The second level offers more enchanting features for your enjoyment. Step out onto the deck, where a porch swing and a hot tub await you. Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be included prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the finest of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
