Welcome to this cavernous, calm and coastal-modern townhouse in Beacon Villas, an award-winning Corolla Light Community. This home is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Savor a calming and memorable vacation with the beach only a 7-min. walk, and access to many recreational amenities.

When you book this home, all guests will have access to all Corolla Light community amenities,including beachside and soundside outdoor pools, exercise center, hottub, indoor pool, tennisand pickleball courts, playgrounds, basketball courts and even an in-season trolley service. Wristbands will be supplied, to be picked up at Vacasa.  The community is conveniently located near the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and historic Corolla Park, and walkable to many stores and eateries.

With multiple levels within the home, including a comfortable living room with a TV, a completely equippedkitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area, you'll have plenty of space to relax andunwind. The townhouse features four bedrooms: 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and a bunk bed with a twin on top and queen on the bottom, ensuring a good nighttime's sleep for everybody. 

Step outside onto the balcony or patio to appreciate the fresh coastal air or fire up the gas grille for a delicious BBQ. Getting the best rental value:

• The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. • Inspect the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• Did you have a terrific time? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
