Paws and Claws is located right on the oceanfront in the Villages of Ocean Hill Community. This community is famed for its wide beaches and its proximity to the 4x4 beach where the wild horses roam. The community offers both oceanfront and sound front pools that are open Memorial Day through Labor Day, a beachside snack bar, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball courts, shuffleboard, state of a state-of-the-art exercise center, kids's playground and even a supplied pond for fishing (catch and release). If you need a break from the salt and sand you can walk or ride your bicycle along the Corolla Bicycle Path to the close by Currituck Banks Reserve walking trails, Corolla Adventure Park, Currituck Lighthouse, Maritime Museum, Currituck Club, and many stores and eateries.
This freshly refreshed, six (6) bedroom oceanfront has plenty of space to gather but also plenty of peaceful nooks where guests are able to find privacy and relaxation while Dolphin gazing! The well-equipped kitchen offers up a great spot for entertaining and staying close to the action. The open, adjoining living space offers a 75-inch 4K HDTV, plenty of seating, and spectacular vistas of the Atlantic. The dining room is enormous and cavernous with a sizable granite table that can conveniently seat the whole family! Having a front row seat to the ocean has it's perks! The unmistakable sound of waves crashing while taking in the salt air really does heal everything! The huge pool area has plenty of seating and is a natural gathering space during all season. Renting in the spring or fall? The pool can be heated for a fee!

The ground level features a huge game room w/pool table, wet bar, full-size refrigerator and entertainment center. On this level of the home you will find the washer and dryer room. There is also (1) bedroom w/2 twins and hall bath. The sliders lead out to to the private pool and walkway to the beach.
The middle level offers up two (2) Masters w/ Kings, (1) bedroom w/King, (1) bedroom w/ Queen and bunk set and full hall bath along with a second laundry room w/washer and dryer. The hot tub is located on the mid level decks.
The top level of Paws and Claws is undoubtedly THE spot for marvelous vistas! Besides tons of space to hang out and relax, you will find (1) Master w/King (and soaking tub), roomy living Room w/75 inch HDTV, gorgeous dining area, powder room and an extremely well appointed kitchen. The sunroom is the ideal spot for your morning coffee or afternoon drink all while taking everything there is to adore about being on the oceanfront. Also on this level is a loft that is ideal for catching a nap or reading a great book.
