NEW 2024 RENTAL: Overlooking the 12th fairway of The Currituck Club golf course, Blue Crabb'n belongs to the exclusive Hammocks Reserve Collection in The Currituck Club resort. This home is new to the vacation rental program so there are no reviews available at this time. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The airy Great Room encompasses a family-friendly living space with handsome vistas, plenty of couch space for TV viewing. There is access to a sun deck with gas grille and an outdoor table. Also, there is a screened porch to savor the vistas and the great outdoors. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen counter seats 5. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is designed for meal preparations with a gas stove. The laundry area is just off the kitchen. The Queen Master Suite on this level has a shower/tub combo in its private bathroom. A half bath is located by the staircase that goes down to the mid level. [Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
There are 4 bedrooms on this floor to complete the family sleeping arrangements. The Bunk Bed Master Suite is ideal for kids; its master bath has a shower/tub combo. Next, the Day Bed Master Suite has a trundle and a shower in its master bath; this bedroom has access to the covered deck with porch swing at the back of the home. The King Master Suite also has access to the back deck and its master bath has separate shower and a huge soaking tub. The last bedroom is a Queen Master Suite with a private bath that has a shower/tub combo. The centerpiece on this level is the cavernous Parlor area with sizable flat-screen TV for family members to spread out and appreciate watching a favorite movie or sporting event. Outdoors, your family will enjoy the enormous private pool (14' x 36') which is surrounded by plenty of furnishings to use for calming and sunbathing. There is a hot tub on this pool deck for the adults to enjoy. The garage is not available for guest use. Parking at this home is for 4 cars.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a huge community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean vistas.
