Welcome to heaven! Spontaneity is a impressive waterfront home located in a prime location within Corolla Light. Guests can look forward to unobstructed vistas of the Currituck Sound, dazzling sunsets and even a view of the iconic Whalehead Club. After a day at the beach or exploring the resort, come home and gather in the great room featuring a wet bar and floor-to-ceiling, west-facing windows that take full advantage of the magnificant view. Prepare meals in the cavernous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a gas cooktop and double oven. With an outdoor dining set for eight, your family can dine al-fresco during sunset. Afterwards, relax with a calming soak in the bubbly hot tub on the covered deck. For indoor entertainment, the rec room on the ground level is equipped with a pool table and foosball table.

As guests of Corolla Light, your family will have access to a variety of world-class resort amenities - there's really something for everybody! Park your car in the carport and leave it there for your entire stay. The trolley stops directly in front of the home and will take you anywhere in the community. Take a short walk, bicycle ride or shuttle over to the Oceanfront Complex, less than half a mile from the home. Along with direct access to the beach, you'll find three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground.

Back on the soundside, Spontaneity is less than a mile from the Corolla Light Sports Center. This impressive 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a exercise center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities. The community's outdoor soundfront pool is located directly across the lake. From there, you'll have access to miles of nature trails and a soundside pier for fishing and crabbing.

Conveniently located on the northern end of the Corolla Light community, Spontaneity is within walking distance to historic Corolla Village.
