Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery costs may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025, and May 22, 2026 and September 4, 2026.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

When to go & When to reserve a Corolla rental home:

• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the best rental within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Currituck restaurants, tours, and activities.
• Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection.
