King Bedroom with attached half bathroom and a TV, Bedroom with 2 Queens and flat-screen TV/VCR, full hall bathroom and a private den (can double as a 5th bedroom) with Queen Sleep Couch, TV/VCR/DVD and patio access. Patio with gas grille, hot tub, outside shower and stairs to the mid level deck. Electric "stair climber" chair assist from the ground level to the mid level living areas.
