One of the closest villas to the beach, it is steps away from the ocean activities at the resort. Land Shark is one of the only villas in Corolla Light that offers two living areas as the ground level family room includes a Queen Murphy Bed. This peaceful end villa offers 2 Master Bedrooms each with private balcony and is located in the center of Corolla Light Activity within walking distance to the beach, oceanfront pools, Corolla Lighthouse, stores, eateries, bicycle paths, the sports center and so much more!

Ground Level: Bedroom with Queen Murphy Bed, 50" TV/DVD/VCR, stereo with CD and Xbox 360 that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles plus 40" flat-screen TV/VCR. Both first floor bedrooms have direct patio access. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Features a very huge great room with 65" Roku TV, wet bar, dining room with seating for 8, well-equipped kitchen and a full hall bathroom. King Master Bedroom with 40" flat-screen TV/VCR, Jacuzzi bath tub and private balcony.

Top Level: Expansive King Master Bedroom with tiled, walk-in shower, 50" flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR and a private balcony.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Summertime is high season in Corolla.   • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.   • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to stimulate future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
