Unique hand-painted nautical scenes in each of the reading rooms attached to the Master Suites will provide for peaceful and private retreats. Take the community trolley to the Oceanfront amenities area, Oceanfront restaurant or the beach access (seasonal) or savor a nature walk along the serene soundfront nature trail and community docks.

Ground Level: Outside you'll find the gated private pool and hot tub along with the park style charcoal grille, picnic area and outside shower. Inside there's a Bedroom with a DuoBunk, full hall bathroom, and a Den with Rene Pierre foos ball table, 42" flat-screen TV/DVD and a full refrigerator. Deck access for striking sunset vistas and picnic table.

Mid Level: Offers a Bedroom with 2 Singles, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks, full hall bathroom, 2 Queen Master Bedrooms, reading nooks and deck access, and a family room with TV/DVD, and deck access. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with a reading nook, deck access, and a enormous bathroom including a whirlpool bathtub and double shower. Great room with 50" HD TV/Blu-Ray DVD with Netflix streaming capability and stereo/CD, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8, breakfast gazebo with seating for 6 with surround windows and a half bath.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Currituck restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast?
