With a private pool, gourmet kitchen, theater room, rec room and even your own putting green, nothing will go left unchecked on your amenities wish list. Each room has been elegantly decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. Bring the entire extended family and some friends too! With over 5,000 square feet of living space, two levels of broad decking and a pool area fit for a resort, Sea It All offers plenty of room for everybody.

The open-concept layout in the top-level great room is ideal for entertaining and takes advantage of the expansive ocean-to-sound vistas. The chef in the family will certainly feel pampered in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen that features bespoke cabinetry, granite countertops and alluring tile backsplash. A massive island provides plenty of counter space plus bar seating so that meal prep can be a family affair. Appliances include a Wolf gas range with griddle area. Wolf wall oven, Wolf wall microwave, two Sub-Zero fridges, wine cooler, and two dishwashers.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on the east sun deck while watching the sunrise over the ocean. After a day at the beach or exploring Corolla, come home and gather in the theater room where you can host a movie nighttime with surround sound and comfortable leather theater-style seating for six. The fun continues outside on the covered deck with ping-pong table, overlooking the pool below. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the top-level primary suite - a private getaway that includes your own fireplace, deck access and pretty ensuite bathroom with a sizable, jetted tub. Four additional master bedrooms are located on the mid-level, including a king suite designed for accessibility needs. Along with the elevator and ramp to the pool area, Sea It All can accommodate guests with mobility challenges.

Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a rec room with an air hockey table, foosball and direct access to the pool area for effortless indoor/outdoor living. The well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator and ice maker is ideal for convenient pool-side drinks and snacks. Take advantage of the outdoor speakers and put your Beach House Vibes playlist on repeat while you play in the pool or soak in the hot tub. Brush up on your putting skills using your 20ft x 15ft private putting green. When you're ready for the real thing, golfers can book a tee-time or clinic at the community's championship 18-hole course designed by Rees Jones.

But the Currituck Club is so much more than just a golf community! The Exercise Center provides guests with year-round amenities including a gym, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard and more. During the summer months, getting to the beach is painless with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear.

Tips and Tricks to get the best rental experience:

Find your best deal:

  • Summer is high season in the Currituck area. To find the best value, change your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local Currituck visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guide magazines have deals for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.

How to choose the best rental home:

  • Choose a designated group leader, select your vacation week, and choose a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Sea It All: Private Pool, Gourmet Kitchen, Hot Tub has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Currituck rental home search.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is generally available on booking websites. Otherwise, contact the property management company before reserving the rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You'll need to establish what configuration is best for your vacation.
  • If there's an individual Currituck beach you simply love, keep an eye out for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Some properties allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask your host about allowable pet guidelines before booking.

During your stay:

  • Add the property manager's phone number to your phone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • To ensure that damages aren't linked to your visit, make note of any problem areas upon check in. Make contact with the property manager right away to record your findings. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let burglars spoil your holiday.
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a excellent time? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
