You'll be amazed by this handsome bespoke-constructed home with striking ocean vistas! Located just a short walk from the ocean with painless access to the beach, this home was designed with plenty of gathering spaces for your friends and family to savor! This One's for You is located in the handsome Whalehead Beach Community and is less than a mile from the grocery store and many stores, eateries and activities!

Top Level: Features many areas to relax and appreciate the ocean vistas. Gather in the roomy great room with sizable flat-screen TV, double sided gas fireplace and deck access. Cook gourmet meals in the well-equipped chef's kitchen complete with 2 dishwashers, double ovens, gas cooktop, Wolf coffee maker, quartz counter tops and counter seating for 4. Dining area with seating for 10 and access to the screened porch offering al fresco dining with seating for 6. A separate den/sitting area with double sided gas fireplace offers an ideal space for conversation and happy hour. Grab a drink from the wet bar and step out onto the broad deck to savor the water vistas and fresh ocean air. There's also a half bath and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom on this level. Take a jaunt up to the loft deck to enjoy expansive ocean vistas. This level also offers a King Master Bedroom with deck access and private handicap-friendly bathroom including shower grab bars and a modest step into the shower. A second King Master Bedroom with deck access and a private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The third King Master Bedroom offers deck access and a private bathroom. Finally a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Full Sleep Couch, flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink.

This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
