TOP LEVEL:
Great Room includes a flat-screen TV, upper deck with spectacular vistas, Kitchen with granite countertops, 2 dishwashers and a Kitchen Island and (seats 4). The Dining table (seats 10) and there are 2 King Master Suites, each with flat-screen TVs and access to the top decks. There is a half bath on this level. An elevator connects all levels of this home. (Note: interior gas fireplace is not for guest use)

MID LEVEL:
There is a comfortable Parlor area with plenty of seating for relaxation, a kitchenette and full-size refrigerator for more food and drink storage. There are two Queen Master Suites each with private baths and deck access. There are two more bedrooms on this level with deck access; both are Double Twin Master Suites with a private master bath for each bedroom. The bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and cable. The Laundry area is on this floor also. The covered deck at the back of the home has seating and overlooks the pool deck.

GROUND LEVEL:
The Game area is on one side of the garage with a Ping Pong table and a Foosball table. The private pool (10' x 20') with a pool deck that has plenty of room for sunbathing and calming (pool heat available for an additional fee). There is a gas grille and a hot tub for the adults to appreciate.

As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a sizable community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach.
