The backyard pool area is ideally landscaped and manicured with plenty of room for sunbathing in the lounge chairs, soaking in the hot tub, and appreciating gatherings at the tiki bar, which features an outdoor TV, sound system, and granite countertop!! There is even an outdoor Foosball Table! Appreciate Spring and Fall days afloat in the pool that can be heated for a $350 fee!

The top level highlights the handsome Great Room, the gorgeous kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, the dining area, and the well-appointed King Master bedroom suite!

The MID level is where you will find three additional King bedrooms with individual bathrooms AND a modest den/office area!

The GROUND level is where all the fun will happen! Partake in a challenging game of Pool in the Game room OR choose from 130 games on the "Arcade Legend!". You will also find a huge TV, kitchenette with a wet bar and granite countertop, dorm refrigerator, and wine cooler! There are also two more bedrooms and 2 full baths on this level - one with 2 sets of bunk beds and another with two twin beds! Doors open to the coastal getaway pool area! Guests will appreciate the convenience of the ELEVATOR (especially on check-in day!). Located conveniently near an abundance of stores, eateries, and more! However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.

Tips for getting the perfect vacation property experience:

When to book a Currituck rental & When to go:

• Summer time is high season in the Currituck area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • Are you visiting for a single event or attraction? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
• Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
• Some rental properties allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask your host about allowable breeds and types before booking.

During your stay:

• Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on great reviews to drive future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
