The MID level is where you will find three additional King bedrooms with individual bathrooms AND a modest den/office area!

You will also find a enormous TV, kitchenette with a wet bar and granite countertop, dorm refrigerator, and wine cooler! There are also two more bedrooms and 2 full baths on this level - one with 2 sets of bunk beds and another with two twin beds! Doors open to the coastal getaway pool area! Guests will savor the convenience of the ELEVATOR (especially on check-in day!). Located conveniently near an abundance of stores, eateries, and more! However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. • Summer time is high season in the Currituck area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
