The space
Our home features 5 bedrooms including 2 master suites, queen and full bedrooms, and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Updated kitchen, deck/balcony off of every room and level of the home. Fun recreation room with shuffle board, board games, tons of puzzles and books. Dedicated work space in ships watch off of living room. Fenced backyard area with covered dining area, propane gas grille and salt water seasonal pool and year round hot tub.

**Minimum age of primary guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years old. The primary guest MUST be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23, unless approved by Owner. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.** Additional Renter Agreement will be send to primary guest upon booking.
**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

*Welcome Starter Package* Package includes home basics: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and coffee basics. All bathrooms and kitchen have hands complimentary hand soap dispensers.
A propane grille is supplied in the backyard and includes propane tank.
Our home has beach chairs, beach wagon, storage bin of sand toys, including many shovels of all sizes, for your family to take to the beach. No need to bring anything from home. We just ask that you return them when finished so others can savor. We also provide floats for the pool!
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
