- The address is 647 Wave Arch, Corolla, NC and it is located in Ocean Sands, Section O (Also known as Ocean Lakes)
- 1 Minute Walk to the Beach, less than 275 feet which is ideal for families with kids and tons of stuff.
- Unlike many properties, IN OUR RATE - WE INCLUDE BED LINENS AND BATH TOWELS FOR 14 PEOPLE.
- Tennis Courts (which now support Pickleball also) are available in the neighborhood, about a 3 min walk from the home.

- The home is on the beach block and is about a 1 min. walk to beach.
- The home is owner managed and we do not charge any additional reservation/booking costs. The Host costs cover cleaning and optional pet fee if you bring dog(s).
- The home is a Sat to Sat rental, Check in Sat at 4pm and Check out Sat at 10am.
- The home includes Linens for all Beds and Bath Towels for 14 people, including a packet of towels for the kitchen.
- The home is non-smoking.
- The pool is unable to be heated.

- The home is 1 mile to Food Lion, 0.5 miles Harris Teeter Grocery Stores.

- The home has a private pool (non-heated) and hot-tub and two private outdoor showers. The pool is in-ground gunite (concrete poured) pool and much bigger than many of the newer, smaller fiberglass pools being installed. NO DIVING
- The pool deck is surrounded by enormous, mature pine trees to provide ample privacy.
- Pool opens beginning of May to mid May and closes in early Oct.
- The home is a very short less than one block walk to beach.
- The home has a basketball hoop in driveway, a basketball is not supplied.
- The home is dog friendly and you can bring up to two dogs (with a fee), sorry no cats or other animals.
- The home is in Ocean Lakes, you have access to Tennis and the Ocean Lakes Pool with Kiddie Pool right across the street, less than a 4 min. walk with kids in tow.
- The home is a family rental and can only be rented by adults over 25 years of age.
- The home has a booster seat with tray attached.
- The HOA prohibits trailers or motorized cars (ATVs, golf carts, etc are not allowed per HOA rules).
- The dunes are rather steep in all of Ocean Sands with many dune crossover steps, just be aware in the event you have a member of your family that has mobility issues. Some crossovers are steeper than others. There are two crossovers on our street, the one on the left is not as steep.
- The home does not come with beach chairs, umbrellas or a beach cart. I suggest bringing or renting from a local firm.

As you walk inside you will notice the uniquely decorated interior, appropriately accessorized with a wooden replica of a lighthouse. Inside you will discover a roomy great room, a sunny kitchen and decks with ocean vistas. A short walk will bring you to the crashing surf for an active time of swimming or shell-gathering. Return home for a more calming pace and swim in the shining private pool or linger for hours unwinding in the hot tub. Unwind on the porch swing and on the multi-level decks. Retreat to the inside to experience the Rec Room with flat screen TV and stereo sound. A really memorable vacation awaits the entire family at Lighthouse Point and you can bring the family dog.
