Ocean Ties is a splendid home with ocean vistas, located in Whalehead Beach only 900' to the nearest beach access. You will not want to leave the surroundings of this handsome home, with its private pool and ocean vistas! Ocean Ties has already proven to be a sure thing when it comes to picking your vacation destination every year. You will adore unwinding by the pool, on the deck, or in the huge living area while admiring the relaxing view. This roomy, well-appointed home offers plenty of gathering places to spread out and appreciate! The amenities and decor are just what you expect for a calming coastal vacation.

Ocean Ties is conveniently located just a short distance to Monterey Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light shopping plazas with grocery, eateries, stores, mini-golf, and go-carts, as well as historic Whalehead and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse.

Ground Level: Queen bedroom with TV/DVD/cable and a full bath.

Mid Level: King en suite with Jacuzzi tub and TV/DVD/cable, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with both a twin bed and a pyramid bunk bed(pyramid bunk being removed for 2025 with a twin in place), a bedroom with two bunk beds, a full bath, and the laundry.

Top Level: Half bath and a sizable living area with ocean vistas, gas fireplace (off-season only), stereo, and TV/DVD/cable. The dining table sits eight and the breakfast area sits four. There are ample decks and a screened porch.
