"Saltwater Pines" is located in a peaceful, wooded area for the privacy that visitors want! Unwind and relax by the humongous (16x32) Saltwater pool with a enormous deck or spend a hot summer day floating in the invigorating water! Take your pick of numerous awe-inspiring outdoor living spaces for sunbathing, eating al fresco, napping, or having coffee or drinks! Multi generations will appreciate not having to climb many steps to gather in the living area and kitchen for meals! The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining areas are ideal for family gatherings, meals, conversations, game nights, and making memories. There is also a queen master suite an additional queen bedroom and 2nd full bathroom on this level. Also for your enjoyment is a screened porch and wraparound decking!

The 2nd level features 3 additional bedrooms, 1 with a king, 1 with a queen, and 1 with a bunkbed and a single bed and full hall bathroom.

How to get the best value:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the largest rental for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Currituck restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
