You'll have ocean access, or head over to the seven-acre fresh water lake, supplied for fishing! Central to all things Corolla, the ever trendy Timbuck II Shopping Village is less than a mile away, offering over 60 stores, eateries, and recreation options for your group!
Our attractively constructed, 4 bedroom home is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac just a few short blocks from the beach and miles away from the stresses of your daily life. Beds will be freshly made for your arrival and set up with bath & beach towels for use during your hideaway. We have cavernous decks wrapping around both the front and side of the home on each level to maximize your outdoor living space. Start at the top with this reverse floor plan and you will find our completely outfitted kitchen, dining area, living area, queen bedroom, full bath, and deck access at every turn. The dining area offers seating for 6 at the table plus 2 at the island. Our kitchen is entirely supplied for the chef in your group; supplied are dishes, cookware, cutlery, barware, & glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, standard coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, dishwasher, electric range & oven, & refrigerator/freezer. The living area is airy and bright, with sliders that lead to the deck.
Just one floor down are 3 more bedrooms with another full bath. Two queen rooms and a bunkroom with 2 sets of bunk beds offer plenty of space for your group. The laundry room is located on the ground level, which also offers access to the fenced in private pool area where you can appreciate countless sunshine and good vibes.
The beaches here are handsome and wide, with sunrises that will take your breath away. Did we mention the awesome eateries, stores, & historic Corolla Park that are all within a few miles away? Our appealing home is a ideal choice with its proximity to shopping, eateries, arts, sightseeing, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, eco tours; many are in walking distance! The Currituck lighthouse & Whalehead Club are also close by, not to mention our famed wild horses that roam the beaches just North of our home. Everything you need, right here in heaven! We want everybody to have a outstanding, calming hideaway in our Outer Banks home! Part of ensuring a consistent experience for everybody relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, & maintenance repair personnel being able to maintain the home in tip top shape for you & your family in between renters. They do a amazing job of making sure everything is done during a very short window of time. Check-out time is 10 am; departure instructions are included in your welcome letter & are also located on the refrigerator. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.
We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment accepts us to compensate our home staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet if you do not choose to coordinate a guaranteed early check-in. We savor your understanding as we prepare our home for your hideaway!
