- Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
- The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
-Pool Heat: Pool is open April 1st - November 1st and pool heat is available by advance request for $75/nighttime, $500/week. Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.
- High speed Wifi is an luxury that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
