Family time is best spent on the Mid-Level; an airy great room equipped with a 47" flat-screen HDTV, dining area for eight and a completely equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. All bedrooms are located on this floor and equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The outside deck is furnished and also comes with a carpeted screened porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The top-level den is a calming hideaway with Ocean vistas and TV/DVD/VCR.
