You'll adore the spectacular soundside appeal of this home in the pristine Sound-front at Corolla Bay. It has been professionally decorated. It is an painless 10 min. walk to Corolla’s striking beach, and reserved oceanside parking is available for those who choose to drive. If you prefer the tranquility of the sound, the private pier is a 3 min. walk down the street. Your choice of activities include kayaking, fishing, watching the wildlife, or appreciating the beautiful sunset. This home has 5 bedrooms. Ground Level: A completely enclosed garage enters into the recreation room. The rec. room has a queen sleeper couch, TV, mini kitchenette, and hall bath with shower. This floor also has a bedroom with a King Bed. Both the rec room and the bedroom have a patio that accepts access to the private pool, hot tub and outdoor shower.

Mid Level: This level features three master suites and a laundry room. Suite 1 has a King bed, TV, bespoke bath with shower, and a private deck. Suite 2 has two twin beds, TV, bath with tub & shower, and a private deck. The kids’s suite has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, a single chair sleeper (no linens for chair sleeper), bath with shower, TV, and a private deck.

Top Level: The open concept bespoke kitchen, dining area and great room form the focal point for gathering and socializing in this spectacular home. The kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a roomy island with bar seating for 3, and additional storage outfitted with all the amenities of home. There is an eight foot dining table with chairs for 6 and a bench to accommodate up to 4 more. The great room offers a TV and fireplace with tons of cozy seating for family and friends. The front-side deck off the great room features extraordinary vistas of the sun setting over the sound. The living space also extends seamlessly onto a cavernous back-side deck overlooking the private pool. The main master suite is located on this level and offers a King bed, bespoke bathroom with dual basin sinks, shower, TV, and a private deck accepting for fantastic vistas of the sunset.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 3 cars.

Security camera details: Active surveillance camera is located outside of the home and will be turned off during your stay. It is a Ring camera located on the front door facing outward.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Corolla Raceway.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the best value, change your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.

  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
