Ocean-facing OBX home is located only 400 feet from the beach with vistas of both the ocean and the sound, especially from the widow's walk.

If you are not up for the ocean, relax at the 16 x 32 pool and the 6-person hot tub. After swimming, rinse off in the outside hot water shower by the Carport located outside the bottom level sitting room with brand new furnishings. Kids and the "young at heart" can immediately access the TV, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, and stereo here. There is deck access on 3 sides including a screened porch with a dining table overlooking the pool area. Grille meals on the charcoal grille or eat in while calming and savor dinner at the 10-person great room dining table or at the 6-person counter area. There are new stainless appliances in the kitchen and new furnishings in the great room. Wi-Fi is supplied for those who must check into the office while on vacation. Free long distance! The pool may be heated for a $375 weekly fee in spring and fall. This home is kid-friendly! Feel what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer!

• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.
