Dutch Treat is bespoke designed to let you get away to the beach even if you need to take some work with you. There are 7 bedrooms, including 4 master bedrooms with full baths. Two of the master bedrooms are suites with adjoining office/sitting rooms wrapped in windows. There is also an office/library with its own balcony adjacent to the dining room.

The bedrooms are cavernous and all open to the ocean decks. All of the bedrooms have LCD TV/VCRs with Rokus and sitting areas. The master bedrooms also feature individual in-wall sound systems. 600 megabit per second wired ethernet & wireless internet is supplied on all levels for phones, tablets, and computers. A 50 amp 14-50 plug is available for electric car charging.

Equipped with an elevator, this wheelchair-accessible home is colorful and stylishly decorated.

Ground Level: Savor the pool side media room with surround sound audio/visual system, sleeper couch, wet bar, ice maker, full refrigerator, and microwave. The well-secured pool patio features a L-shaped lap pool with toddler play area and hot tub and a gas grille. A king master bedroom opens to the pool area. There is also a room with 3 Bunk sets and a hallway bath.

Mid-Level: The mid-level has four bedrooms: The king master bedroom has an adjoining private office/sitting room (with glass doors partitioning the rooms), and a master bath with a deluxe multi-head rain shower. The queen master bedroom is wheelchair accessible and its bath has a whirlpool tub and shower, sunset balcony, and direct access to the beach walkway. The two semi-private bedrooms are both queen and single, and share a bath with another whirlpool tub and shower. All bedrooms open to the mid-level deck facing the ocean.

Top Level: The focal point of the home is the broad great room with a cathedral ceiling expansive vistas to the north, east and south. It has a enormous entertainment center with wide-screen HD, Blu-Ray, Roku with surround sound, and a gas fireplace. Overlooking the great room is the breakfast bar and roomy, well-equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers. Ocean vistas can be adored from the huge dining room, which has an adjoining office/library with TV, game table and sunset deck. The pretty king master bedroom with an adjoining private office/sitting room (with glass doors partitioning the rooms) has fantastic ocean vistas and a master bath with a deluxe multi-head rain shower.
