This spectacular 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home sits on the highest point in Corolla and offers “take your breath away” 360° vistas of the ocean, sound, and Currituck Club Golf Course. The property features a private pool, game room, access to a community gym, an 18-hole Rees Jones golf course, and broad country club resort amenities.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests and two dogs and is appropriate for multi-family or multi-generational enjoyment. With 360-degree vistas from 6 upper-level decks and more than 85 windows, this natural light-filled home is designed to showcase the striking natural environment of the northern outer banks from every angle. Spot eagles, osprey, geese, turtles, deer, and golfers amongst the rolling dunes and oceanside vegetation and look out for dolphins and whales playing in the surf - all while you sip your morning coffee! In addition to beautiful ocean, sound, sunrise, and sunset vistas, guests can see across Currituck and Dare Counties from the living room with a Birdseye view of Corolla, Sanderling, and Duck.

The top floor features a centralized gathering area with plenty of space for guests to relax. The open concept central kitchen is surrounded by a comfortable board game room with gas fireplace, a private “Ships Watch” reading nook, an chic and well-appointed dining room, a half bathroom, a countertop bar, a sizable family room with new leather couches, comfortable seating, two countertop drink tables, and a big-screen tv-ideal for movie nighttime!

The huge kitchen offers granite countertops, ocean and sound water vistas, two dishwashers, an oven and stove, two crockpots, a waffle maker, a pressure cooker, an air fryer and many other specialty appliances and cooking apparatus. There are also two full-size fridges on site – one in the kitchen and one on the ground floor in the wet bar area adjacent to the pool.

The 2nd.floor sleeping space offers four bright and airy bedrooms (2K, 2Q), 2 ensuite and one shared hallway bathrooms, a full-size laundry, and two wrap-around covered porches offering both “sunrise over the ocean” and “sunset over the sound” vistas. All bedrooms feature a flat screen tv with 400+ channels, and streaming capabilities.

The ground floor offers private pool and hot tub access as well as a poolside wet bar and game room and three more bedrooms with a shared first-level bathroom (1K, 2Q, and a bunk room with two pyramid bunk beds 2Q, 2T).

The property’s private pool offers a exhilarating getaway from the summer heat with a huge event-deck and newly constructed shaded bar area – all surrounded by dense natural vegetation for added privacy. The covered hot tub deck area also offers year-round relaxation and another private fenced area for you and your family to savor.

Guests are invited to take full advantage of the exceptional on-property 18-hole golf course and driving range, multiple community pools, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and bocce ball courts, and a well-appointed community gym and outdoor exercise trail. The Currituck Club also offers a beach trolley (pick-up and drop off at home), on-property gear units with pre-arrival beach set-ups, access to a private sand-side snack bar, lifeguarded beaches with private golf-cart parking (weekly golf cart units available upon request), and the only complimentary beach valet services in OBX (to help you get your cooler and gear out onto the sand and then back again!). The home is also just a short walk from Harris Teeter, Duck Donuts, Wings and more!

Pet friendly – Up to two well-behaved dogs are invited per booking. Two additional-enormous dog crates are supplied complimentary of charge with each rental. Unfortunately, due to owner allergies, cats cannot be welcomed but may be hosted at one of numerous close by boarding facilities.

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars.
