Wellfleet is THE Outer Banks destination for your next Oceanfront getaway with family and friends! This home is located in the heart of Pine Island and is conveniently located between Duck and Corolla. You are mins. to historic parks and villages, local eateries, coffee stores, entertainment, stores and grocery stores! Wellfleet is a roomy and elegant home with many magnificant vistas of the ocean and the sound. The two front terraces overlook the Currituck Sound and the Audubon Wildlife Refuge, a 5,000 acre natural habitat that is home to 100's of species of waterfowl and wildlife. The back verandas overlook the Atlantic Ocean where you can dolphin watch or just sit and relax and appreciate the sound of the ocean waves splashing on the shore. In the evening take in some good old fashion constellation and star gazing. Most of all, take a moment every day to savor the striking sunrises and sunsets.

Top Level: The grandiose great room features vaulted ceilings, huge palladium windows and private terraces with expansive vistas. There is a 65" HD flat-screen TV with state of the art in home surround sound system and premium cable, iPhone jack, Blue Ray player and a DVD library for all ages. Constructed in wet bar with ice maker and a private half bath. Two dining areas, one overlooking the sound the other overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials of home including coffee makers, modest appliances, mixers, baking pans, cooking silverware and accessories. The huge granite center island features a breakfast bar and tons of counter top space for preparation of enormous home cooked meals for your guests. You'll also find double ovens, a microwave, a 5-burner smooth top prepare top and two dishwashers for fast simple cleanup.

Mid Level. Entry level with two-story entryway that opens into a cavernous den with amazing ocean vistas. This area features a writing desk, a book library, a game table for all ages and a queen size sleeper couch and for your reading comfort a camel back chair. Bedroom #1 offers a sizable King Master Bedroom complete with sitting area and a private luxury bathroom with whirlpool tub, separate shower, dual vanities and private water closet. Bedroom #2, features a Bedroom with a King Bed, Twin Trundle Bed and a private bathroom. In bedroom #3 you'll find a King Master Bedroom with private deck access and private bathroom.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private back yard pool (28 x 14), outdoor speakers and a personal dune deck with a private beach walkway. Gas grille, outside shower plus a poolside cabana bathroom with shower. Inside you'll find convenient garage access entry for loading and unloading. Game room features an 8' pool table and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom #4 offers a King Master Bedroom with private oceanside deck access and private bathroom. Bedroom #5 is a Bedroom with Queen Bed, Single Bed and adore seat that shares a full bathroom with Bedroom #6 which features a King Bed and sitting area. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
