Happiness will abound when your family chooses to stay at the Crabby Mermaid. It is a huge and comfortable vacation home with 8 bedrooms (7 masters), a huge private pool, hot tub and it is only 775 feet from the beach access in the Whalehead Beach neighborhood. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room encompasses the entire top level with the living area that has a new couch and dining areas next to a sizable, well-equipped kitchen with outfitted cookware and other meal prep items. A sizable flat-screen TV will provide viewing enjoyment for the entire family. Over by the kitchen island, there are 8 stools to sit and hang-out, keeping the family "chef" company. The breakfast table seats 4 and the dining table seats 10. There are ocean vistas from the top level with wide decks that span 3 sides of the home facing east, west and south. The rooftop deck also provides both Atlantic Ocean vistas and sunset vistas to the west over the Currituck Sound.

MID LEVEL:
The entire floor has 5 Master Suites with new flat-screen TVs: 1 King, 3 Queens and one Pyramid Bunk Set. All bedrooms have access to the outside decks except the King Master.

GROUND LEVEL:
A enormous Parlor area and game area with a new air hockey table (no Foosball table), kitchenette and full-size refrigerator. Three more bedrooms are on this level: the second King Master Suite and the fourth Queen Master Suite. There is another Pyramid Bunk Bedroom which shares a full bathroom with the Parlor area.

EXTRAS:
The outdoor area offers a handsome pool (12' x 25') with plenty of furnishings, a large hot tub and two grilles: a park-style grille for charcoal and a gas grille. There is a cabana with a picnic table and an outdoor shower to use before using the pool or hot tub and an outdoor bathroom. In the front driveway, active family members can practice shooting some hoops into the basketball net. Crabby Mermaid is 775 feet from the neighborhood beach access so an painless walk for everybody to savor both the beach and this pretty vacation rental home. There is parking for 6-7 cars.
