Ground Level: Features the rec room with big screen TV/DVD, surround sound, pool table, foosball, gas fireplace, and kitchenette with wet bar and full-size refrigerator. You will appreciate the huge private pool and cabana with hot tub. There are 2 main bedrooms, each with a Duobunk and a Bunk set and TVs & DVDs.

For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
The private pool is open from May 1st through October 15th. Pool Heat is available upon request at $85 per day. You can contact guest services and add the pool heat to your reservation. Please provide at least 72 hours advance notice. Pool heat is not available in July and August.
