This home has been freshly modernized with captivating luxury vinyl floor, bright new paint, and welcoming indoor and outdoor furnishings!

Ground Level: Features the rec room with big screen TV/DVD, surround sound, pool table, foosball, gas fireplace, and kitchenette with wet bar and full-size refrigerator. You will appreciate the enormous private pool and cabana with hot tub. There are 2 main bedrooms, each with a Duobunk and a Bunk set and TVs & DVDs.

Mid Level: Has 2 main bedrooms, a King room, a Queen room, a full hall bath and an office with queen couch bed, a computer with high speed internet, a printer and fax. Decking on 3 sides is accessible from all bedrooms. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players.

Things to Know
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
Pool heat is not available in July or August.
