You'll appreciate this vacation home in the family friendly resort community of Corolla Light. Located close to the indoor sports center, Soundfront walking trails, tennis and pickle ball courts and just a short trolley ride to the oceanfront (seasonal).

Ground Level: Outside you'll find a carport, completely gated yard with private pool, pergola covered Hot Tub with bar seating 2, charcoal and gas grilles and an outside shower. Inside you will find a Rec Room with 2 arcade games, flat-screen TV, game table seating 4, full size-refrigerator and pool deck access. Full hall/cabana bathroom with complimentary standing ice maker and pool deck access, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and a flat-screen TV.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and private deck access. 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and deck access, full hall bathroom, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace deck access and a ship's watch. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, stainless steel appliances and a 5 burner gas stove. Dining area seating 8 with deck access. King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and private deck access.

When to go & When to reserve a Corolla rental home:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Currituck area. Booking your Currituck vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
• Some hosts offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
