Ground Level: Outside you'll find a carport, entirely gated yard with private pool, pergola covered Hot Tub with bar seating 2, charcoal and gas grilles and an outside shower. Inside you will find a Rec Room with 2 arcade games, flat-screen TV, game table seating 4, full size-refrigerator and pool deck access. Full hall/cabana bathroom with complimentary standing ice maker and pool deck access, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and a flat-screen TV.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and private deck access. 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and deck access, full hall bathroom, and laundry area with washer and dryer.
