Appreciate calming in the private pool, or the shaded poolside area while the kids play. Inside you will have that “Ahhhhhh” moment when you walk in. Soothing sand and sea glass colors welcome you as you step inside. Formerly a cherished second home, “Sunshine House” will feel like your home away from home at the beach.
The top level kitchen has been updated with leathered granite countertops and subway tile backsplash. Simple and comfortable seating in the great room offers a nice place to relax, or take a seat on the top deck overlooking the pool. The ground level game room has LVT planking and a Roku TV. The hot tub is located on the mid level deck overlooking the pool and covered from the elements. Gated slider access to the pool deck is a great idea when you have little ones. Just a few homes from the beach, it's an painless walk to the closest access. Located in Crown Point, just south of the light in Corolla; you can walk or bicycle to the shopping areas or along the multi-use path for some exercise.
