Heart and Sol welcomes your family wholeheartedly to make it your home for your beach vacation week. There are 4 bedrooms which include 2 Master Suites and a additional room on the ground level. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

Beds: 2 King Masters, 1 Queen, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Pyramid Bunk Set; 10 Towel Sets included

TOP LEVEL:
This refreshed beach home is designed with visitors in mind! A comfortable great room is laid out to include the living area, dining area and kitchen. The dining area seats 8 and the kitchen bar counter seats 3. The kitchen has engineered stone counter tops, a prep sink by the bar counter and a huge, French door refrigerator. There is a half bath on this level. Enormous windows will let the sun shine in or go outside to appreciate the decks and porches for relaxation; there is an outdoor dining table available in a screened porch. The king master suite on the top level has double sinks in its master bath with a sizable tub and separate shower. (Note: gas fireplace and the elevator are not available for guest use.)

MID LEVEL:
Take the stairs down to the landing and main entry hallway where there are 3 bedrooms on this level: the second king master suite also has a separate tub and separate shower in its master bath; this room also has deck access to the back of the home. Another bedroom has 2 twin beds and shares the hall bathroom (shower/tub combo) with the queen bedroom. The den is located in the middle of the floor and it has books and movies for renters to savor. The hot tub is NOT available at this time.

GROUND LEVEL:
The ground level has a game area with a Foosball table and a additional bed which is a Pyramid Bunk set (single over double). A second full-size refrigerator is available for storing additional groceries. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. One side of the garage also has a Ping Pong table. Outside, the pool deck has a huge private pool which measures 14' x 40' (open mid-May to mid-October). A gas grille is available for preparing painless family meals.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a enormous community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean vistas.
