After your beach trips, you can conveniently rinse off in the outdoor shower. Your mornings will be spent watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and evenings spent watching it set with a glass of wine from either of 2 wraparound decks! The ground level offers plenty of parking. As you enter through the ground level, you'll find the rec room where hours of fun will be spent, complete with an action-ready foosball table and an additional refrigerator! This level has 3 bedrooms: one with 2 bunk sets and a private bath; one with a pyramid bunk bed that shares a bathroom with the rec room area; and one bedroom with two twin beds with its own private bath – ideal for all the kiddos who want to stay close together! There's also a laundry area on this level for convenient mid-week washes. Outback, you'll find the patio area with outdoor furnishings, a gas grille for searing your favorite seafood filets, and the private saltwater pool and hot tub!
