This extravagant oceanfront home sits on a high elevation offering striking ocean vistas. Of particular note, the design of Summerwind provides wide-span Ocean and beach vistas from all rooms (even from the kitchen and dining rooms). Every bedroom in the home has generous private deck areas as well as direct private access to the pool, hot tub, dune deck, and the beach.

Ground Level: Outside you'll find the private pool and giant pool deck, over-sized to provide ample space for playing, sunbathing and grilling. Two swings overlook the pool area, and 2 outside showers adjoin. A private walkway to the beach with an additional-sizable dune deck and constructed-in seating perched high above the beach. The hot tub (mid level deck) is positioned on a specially constructed deck, offset designed to allow unobstructed vistas of the beach, ocean and stars in the nighttime sky. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.
