Check out "A Dune Deal", an handsome, well maintained and refreshed oceanside, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, vacation home close to the Sturgeon beach access! This property features a reverse floorplan, updated kitchen and bathrooms, inviting decor, and simple-care floor. The downstairs dry entry leads into a family room with a convenient half bath and access to the wonderfully landscaped patio, outside shower and backyard pool. The mid-level has two King en suite bedrooms, a double bunk room and a Queen & twin bed with sun deck access and a full hall bath. Each room is fresh and comfortable. Upstairs features an open floor plan highlighted by a cozy family room with cathedral ceiling and wood fireplace, roomy kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances as well as two separate dining spaces for huge or modest formation. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
