Laundry area and access to outdoor half bath. Queen Master Bedroom (handicap friendly) with TV/Blu-Ray.

Mid Level: Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV/Blu-Ray and deck access, Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set and TV/VCR, and a King Master Bedroom with TV/Blu-Ray and deck access.

Top Level: Great room with HD TV/Blu-Ray/HD cable, stereo and Futon, kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining room seating 10, deck access, screened porch with hot tub, and ocean vistas. Queen Bedroom with TV and semi-private bathroom (shared with living areas).

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer special rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.

  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
