Welcome to the outstanding community of Crown Point in Corolla.
There have been tons of upgrades to this four-bedroom home including all new floor, new furnishings/TVs, modernized kitchen and bathrooms, and interior/exterior painting. As the name of the home suggests, this four-bedroom home is only 30 steps to the beach access!
Steps to the Beach is located in the Crown Point community. Staying in this community accepts the use of the private community pool, tennis courts, and three accesses to the wonderfully wide beaches of Corolla. You will be close to shopping at Monterey Plaza and Timbuck II shopping centers, dining, and entertainment. If history is your interest, it is a short driving distance to the historic Whalehead Club as well as the Currituck Lighthouse. The golfers of the group can appreciate the gorgeous course at the Currituck Club. If you own a 4x4 car, you can drive a little north and get on the 4x4 beach in hopes of getting a glimpse of the excellent wild mustangs that roam up there. No 4x4? No worries! Reserve yourself a spot on the wild horse tour.
The second level of the home offers a King En Suite, as well as a Queen bedroom, Twin-bunk and Pyramid bunk set bedroom with a shared Full Bathroom. This level also includes a sizable hot tub and hammock outside on the deck where you can relax while listening to the sounds of the ocean and feel the salty breezes on your skin.
On the third level, you will find a refreshed kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bathroom. The living room contains a fireplace for a comfortable experience during the off-season. Or hang out in the comfort of the Carolina Room which also contains a queen sleeper couch. Picture yourself in this bright room reading your favorite novel or having private conversations with your friends and family. This level also includes another King En Suite for those who might wake up early and want to grab that cup of coffee without disturbing others.
Outside sits the unheated private pool where you and your family and friends can relax and soak up some rays. Rinse off in the outdoor shower. For the basketball-loving people in your group, there is a basketball goal in the driveway.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**
