There have been tons of upgrades to this four-bedroom home including all new floor, new furnishings/TVs, refreshed kitchen and bathrooms, and interior/exterior painting. As the name of the home suggests, this four-bedroom home is only 30 steps to the beach access!

Steps to the Beach is located in the Crown Point community. Staying in this community accepts the use of the private community pool, tennis courts, and three accesses to the wonderfully wide beaches of Corolla. You will be close to shopping at Monterey Plaza and Timbuck II shopping centers, dining, and entertainment. If history is your interest, it is a short driving distance to the historic Whalehead Club as well as the Currituck Lighthouse. The golfers of the group can savor the striking course at the Currituck Club. If you own a 4x4 car, you can drive a little north and get on the 4x4 beach in hopes of getting a glimpse of the lavish wild mustangs that roam up there. No 4x4? No worries! The second level of the home offers a King En Suite, as well as a Queen bedroom, Twin-bunk and Pyramid bunk set bedroom with a shared Full Bathroom.
