Sol Mates impressive outdoor spaces create ideal spaces to spend quality time in the sun. A furnished porch, sun decks and pool area are great gathering spots for outdoor entertaining. The pool area features a 12X25 ft. private pool with a hot tub, dining table and gas grilling area close by. Pool events are made simple with Bluetooth speakers outside to comfortably connect to your favorite summer playlist.

The interior is just as impressive with handsome coastal colors and décor featured throughout. The great room offers a comfortable living area, an open kitchen with rich cabinets and stainless steel appliances and a classy dining area.
