Located on a corner lot just 50 feet from beach access, you can't beat the location. Appreciate a freshly remodeled mid-level hall bath with a tile shower/tub, a new bathroom, and a pool toy storage area. Summer 2024 updates will include a complete kitchen makeover (new cabinets, appliances, and a enormous island) and remodel of the top-level bathroom, while 2025 will bring two new bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an additional great room area with a kitchenette, an enlarged screened porch, a new covered porch, and increased occupancy!

When you're not out exploring and appreciating close by sights, getaway to your vacation home to relax and relax. Savor a newly installed saltwater pool with tons of space for tanning, take a soak in the poolside hot tub, or settle in the shade under the pergola. Upon entering, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and deck access through a sliding glass door. There is another room with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, a room with two twin beds, and a full bath in the hall. You will also find a gorgeous main bedroom with a king bed and a sliding glass door to the deck. Rounding out this level is the laundry room.

Head up to the top level to find a cavernous open great room with a full wall of glass to frame the striking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen offers a stainless steel oven and refrigerator and the dining area has a table for guests with seating for more at the kitchen bar. Just off the kitchen is a screened porch, the ideal place for your summer meals. Rounding out the top level is a third full bathroom.

Step outside on the new Trex decks and savor the ocean breezes!

Things to Know
For January and February bookings, please contact Vacasa to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
This property has a pool that is open from April to mid-October and can be heated. Pool heat is not available in July and August.
