Appreciate the gorgeous soundfront vistas from Sea-ville located in the Currituck Club in the Magnolia Bay neighborhood. Guests will have access to all the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers, and the peaceful neighborhood where you can walk, run, walk or ride a bicycle. After a day at the beach on the golf course, come home and relax in the opulent, top-of-the-line hot tub with spectacular view of the sound. It's the ideal place to relax while watching the impressive sunsets. There's also a Universal EV Charger will charge your Tesla or other EV at 11KW / 48 Amps.

All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is on the waterfront.
